Send a page as email
The Send/Export sheet's email row: picture inline, text and links real, PDF attached.
Open the page’s Send/Export sheet and choose Email: the page goes inline as a picture, its words and links as real text, and the PDF is attached if you switch it on. The letter leaves through your own mail account.

Steps
- On any writing page — a day’s Write page, a note, a Pickings board, a Synthesize page, a Text note — open the menu and tap Send/Export.
- For a multi-page note, pick the pages.
- In the Email row, choose the account to send from, if you have more than one.
- Fill the To line. It offers your contacts, and your site’s CRM a beat later, as you type; tap the 👤 to browse instead.
- Turn Attach PDF on if the reader should get a file they can keep and print.
- Send.
What arrives
- The page as a picture, in the body of the letter, at full resolution.
- The page’s text, typed or transcribed from your handwriting, as real text under it, so it can be quoted and searched.
- Every web address on the page — typed, or written by hand and read back — as a real link.
- Optionally the linked PDF, one page per page.
- A small footer naming the surface, the day and the note’s title. A named note sends under its own name as the subject.
Two transports
The Email row says which one it is on, because they are not equal:
- Your mail account sends from the app directly. It can carry the picture inline and the PDF attached.
- Your site, when no mail account is set up but a WordPress site is connected, relays the letter through the site. It carries the picture and the text only, so the PDF switch is not shown rather than promising something that would not arrive.
Sending from the Notebook
Hold a row and choose Export to reach the same sheet without opening the note.
Sending from a contact
On a contact’s page, Write opens the composer with To filled in. Attach a page there with the clip, or come at it the other way: export the page and pick the person on the To line.
Where the letter goes afterwards
A sent letter is kept in your pile with your sent mail and appears in All our letters with that person. The page itself is unchanged.
If it will not send
See Mail will not send. The usual causes are an app-specific password the provider wants, a wrong sending host, or an attachment over 20 MB.
