Google Play test
Help test Ledgable on your e-ink tablet.
Ledgable is a handwritten day page for Boox, Bigme and other Android e-ink tablets, with your reading and mail gathered around it. Google asks for a dozen testers before an app can go on the Play Store. If you have a Boox or Bigme with Google Play on it, this takes about two minutes.
Two taps
1. Join the tester group
Google Play only lets members of this group install the test build. Joining sends you nothing except the occasional build note. Use the Google account that is signed in on your tablet.
2. Install from Google Play
Once you are in the group, open this link on the tablet (or on any device signed into the same account), tap Become a tester, then install like any other app.

Boox If Google Play is not on your Boox yet, enable it first: Settings → Applications → Enable Google Play, register the device when asked, then sign in. Bigme tablets ship with Play already on.
What to try
Open the app and write on today’s page. Turn a page. Add a feed or a mail account if you feel like it. Nothing leaves the device unless you connect your own server, so there is nothing to sign up for inside the app.
Then keep using it for a couple of weeks if it earns a place. Google counts testers who stay opted in for fourteen days, so the most useful thing you can do is simply not uninstall it.
